The GroundGrabba Tear Drop Hook Washer has been specifically designed to help you secure your outdoor equipment and or hardware. When the hole diameter you need to pass your GroundGrabba though is greater than the diameter of the GroundGrabba's head.
The collar diameter of the GroundGrabba Pro GR13 series is 1".
You wind your GroundGrabba Pro through the GroundGrabba Hook Washer HR13 then slide it up under the collar giving your GroundGrabba a collar diameter of 2 1/8"

Feedback from customers who use our GroundGrabba Pro II's for more semipermanent ground anchoring of pop up garages, timber for landscaping, simple garden retaining wall use. In these instances, one needs to drill a hole in the material that is wider than the 1" washer collar for the flights(spirals/wings) of the GroundGrabba to pass through. Once the hole diameter is larger than the Hex Head and Collar there is a need for a wide washer to make the diameter of the original collar wider. Enter the HookWasher!

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility

How to Start a Return

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Augason Farms Products – All Sales Final
Due to the nature of long-term food storage, all sales on Augason Farms products are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Augason Farms products for any reason including:

Replacements will only be issued in the event of:

Pre-Orders
As of 02/07/2025, we no longer offer refunds on pre-orders.
Pre-orders placed before this date are eligible for refunds under this policy.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to initiate a return and, once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
