Many products sold by Stay Ready Outdoors—including knives, edged tools, recovery equipment, fire-starting tools, survival gear, and outdoor equipment—can be dangerous if used improperly.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You assume all risks associated with their use

  • You will use products only for their intended purpose

  • You will follow all manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines

  • You accept responsibility for obtaining proper training where applicable

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stay Ready Outdoors is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse, improper use, or failure to follow instructions.

12. Compliance with Knife and Local Laws

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, possession, carry, transport, and use of products sold on our Site, including knives and other regulated items.

By placing an order, you represent that your purchase and intended use are lawful in your jurisdiction.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
