Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Processing and shipping times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holiday seasons, sales events, or when items are out of stock or backordered.
You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Free Economy Shipping
Free economy shipping is available on orders over $150. Some exclusions apply.
Free shipping applies only to the contiguous United States.
Orders Under $150
Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Estimated Delivery Windows

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping.
Freight charges will be calculated after checkout, and you will be contacted with a shipping quote.
If you decline the shipping costs, the order will be canceled and refunded within 3 business days, when reasonable.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally.
Shipping rates, taxes, duties, and import fees vary by destination and are displayed or calculated at checkout when available. Some oversized or restricted items may not be eligible for international shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items, such as lithium batteries, safety matches, and survival kits containing restricted components, may require USPS Ground Advantage / Ground-only shipping due to carrier and regulatory rules.
Restrictions may also limit international availability for specific products.
Partner Fulfillment and Exclusions
Some products are fulfilled directly by partner brands, including but not limited to CountyComm, Maratac, Exotac, and Overland Vehicle Systems.
Partner fulfillment centers may use their own carriers and may apply separate shipping charges at checkout depending on the item.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at crquarto@stayreadyoutdoors.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or package returns.
If you need to update your address after purchase, email us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible if the order has already shipped.
