The T.REX ARMS MED-H Pouch is a purpose-built medical platform designed for fast access and flexible carry. It can be worn as a dangler beneath a plate carrier or converted to a fanny pack using the included waist strap, allowing you to stage medical exactly where it makes sense for your setup.

Built around the MED-H Fill Kit, the internal layout prioritizes space efficiency and intuitive access under stress. From training days and range use to preparedness and vehicle kits, this pouch delivers a clean, capable medical solution without unnecessary bulk.
