WAR™ Pack
The WAR™ (Warrior Advanced Reconnaissance) Pack is an 18-liter (1100 cu. in.) assault pack with an integrated 8-liter beavertail, measuring 15" × 10" × 6" and weighing 1.5 lb. It mounts to the FullTang Universal H-Harness through the patent-pending receiving sleeve, carries as a conventional backpack with FullTang Plush Pack Straps, rides on the back of a plate carrier or larger ruck by its vertical MOLLE channels, or sits over plate carrier shoulder straps with the PC Connect Kit. The beavertail compresses flat when empty and expands to carry a Team Wendy EXFIL or Ops-Core FAST helmet with comms, lights, NV, and battery packs mounted, or works as a sling for a breaching tool. A top zipper opens to a rear interior sleeve for breaching tools, a hydration bladder, or comms, with ITW Tac-Toggles to lock routed hoses and cables in place. The hard-stitched front GP pouch covers a full passthrough kangaroo pocket for modular inserts, the front and back interior walls are loop-lined for hook-backed medical inserts, and a full clamshell opening gives access to everything inside. Built from DWR/TPU-coated 500D nylon with a choice of water-repellent or standard reverse coil YKK® zippers. Compression straps with metal G-hooks are included; shoulder straps, pads, harness, and PC Connect Kit are sold separately. Hand-made in Tennessee by FullTang Tactical.

Founded by JT after a corporate career, named for an Appalachian boyhood obsession with full-tang blades. Built in the backwoods of Tennessee.
FullTang Tactical, LLC is a small, family-owned business founded by JT — who left a successful business executive career to fill a gear void he'd personally hit: the modular tactical and outdoor gear that met his standards didn't exist. The brand name comes from his boyhood obsession with full-tang knives and hatchets growing up across the Appalachian Mountains, Maine pine forests, and Minnesota boundary waters. Every product is manufactured in their facility in the backwoods mountains of Tennessee. Their flagship Minuteman™ Pack V2 was inspired by JT's family military heritage — father (82nd Airborne Paratrooper/Ranger) and grandfather (Iwo Jima survivor).

Does the WAR Pack come with shoulder straps?
No. It includes compression straps with G-hooks. Carry it on the FullTang Universal H-Harness, Plush Pack Straps, or PC Connect Kit, all sold separately, or mount it to a carrier or ruck by MOLLE.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders process within 1–3 business days from our warehouse. From there: 5–7 business days economy, 2–3 business days expedited, or overnight if you need it fast. Free economy shipping on orders over $150 (contiguous US). Alaska, Hawaii, and Pro Eagle / freight items are quoted at checkout. You’ll get a tracking number and link the moment your order ships.
What’s your return policy?
30 days from the day your order arrives. Gear has to come back unused, with all original tags, stickers, and packaging intact. For standard items we’ll send a prepaid return label and deduct return shipping from your refund. Oversized or freight returns are on you, unless the item showed up damaged, defective, or wrong — in which case we cover it.
Refunds hit your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
What can’t I return?
Final-sale items, gift cards, food and drink products, personal-care items, anything customized or engraved, briefs (hygiene), and hazardous materials. If you’re not sure whether something qualifies, email us before you order — we’ll tell you straight.
Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Yes. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories ship on freight-quoted rates calculated after checkout. International orders are available worldwide at variable rates; duties and import fees are the customer’s responsibility. EU customers get a 14-day cancellation window per EU consumer law, on top of our standard return policy.
My package arrived damaged — what now?
Email info@stayreadyoutdoors.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage (product + packaging). We’ll replace, refund, or ship a return label on us — no back-and-forth. Damaged, defective, or wrong-item claims never cost you shipping.
Can I talk to a human before buying?
Yes. Email info@stayreadyoutdoors.com — we answer every message ourselves, usually within a few hours during business days. We carry this gear, we use this gear, and we’d rather talk you out of a kit that doesn’t fit your mission than sell you the wrong one.
