At Stay Ready Outdoors, we are committed to providing reliable shipping, transparent communication, and timely order fulfillment. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

PROCESSING TIMES

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Processing times may be extended during:

• Sales events

• Holiday periods

• Inventory audits

• Severe weather events

• Supplier delays

• High order volume

Certain products may require additional processing time, including:

• Special-order products

• Dealer-direct products

• Custom products

• LYNX Survival Systems, a brand operated by Stay Ready Outdoors, LLC, products and kits

• Procurement projects

• Agency and organizational orders

Estimated lead times displayed on product pages are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

Stay Ready Outdoors reserves the right to cancel, modify, limit, or refuse any order due to:

• Inventory shortages

• Pricing errors

• Fraud concerns

• Export restrictions

• Product availability changes

• Shipping limitations

If payment has already been collected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

FREE SHIPPING

Free Economy Shipping is available on qualifying orders over $150 shipped within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping promotions:

• Apply only to eligible products

• Exclude Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations

• May exclude oversized, heavy, freight, hazardous-material, dealer-direct, custom-built, or special-order products

Stay Ready Outdoors reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue free shipping promotions at any time.

OVERSIZED, HEAVY, AND FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

Certain products require special handling due to weight, dimensions, hazardous material regulations, supplier requirements, or freight carrier restrictions.

Examples may include:

• Rooftop tents

• Recovery equipment

• Pro Eagle products

• Large power systems

• Vehicle-mounted equipment

• Freight-classified products

Additional shipping charges may apply.

Customers will be notified if additional freight charges are required prior to shipment.

ALASKA, HAWAII, AND U.S. TERRITORIES

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. Territories are not eligible for free shipping.

Additional freight charges may apply.

If a shipping quote is required, the customer will be contacted before shipment.

If the customer declines the shipping quote, the order may be canceled and refunded.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available on select products and destinations.

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Import duties

• Taxes

• Customs fees

• Brokerage fees

• Regulatory compliance within the destination country

Stay Ready Outdoors is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, seized shipments, refused entry, or additional fees imposed by foreign governments or customs authorities.

Certain products may be restricted from international shipment.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS AND SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain products may be restricted to ground transportation only due to carrier, regulatory, or safety requirements.

Examples include:

• Lithium batteries

• Safety matches

• Aerosols

• Certain survival kit components

Shipping methods may be modified as necessary to comply with applicable regulations and carrier requirements.

MULTIPLE WAREHOUSES AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Products may ship from multiple warehouses, manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, or fulfillment partners.

As a result:

• Orders may arrive in multiple shipments

• Products may arrive on different dates

• Multiple tracking numbers may be issued

Additional shipping charges will not be incurred unless disclosed prior to shipment.

PARTNER AND THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

Some products sold through Stay Ready Outdoors may be fulfilled directly by manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, Shopify Collective partners, or other third-party fulfillment providers.

These fulfillment partners may utilize their own warehouses, carriers, shipping methods, and delivery schedules.

Shipping estimates provided by third-party fulfillment partners are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Typical transit estimates are:

• Economy Shipping: 5–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Carrier delays, weather events, labor disruptions, customs inspections, natural disasters, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Stay Ready Outdoors shall not be liable for carrier delays or missed delivery estimates.

TRANSFER OF RISK

Risk of loss and responsibility for a shipment transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

Stay Ready Outdoors is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, misdeliveries, delivery exceptions, or other events occurring after carrier acceptance except as required by applicable law.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or is lost during transit, customers must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

Please provide:

• Order number

• Photographs of packaging and damage (if applicable)

• Any supporting carrier documentation

Stay Ready Outdoors may assist with carrier claims when appropriate but cannot guarantee approval of claims by the carrier.

FREIGHT SHIPMENT INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS

Customers receiving freight shipments must inspect the shipment before signing delivery documents.

Visible damage must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

Failure to document visible freight damage upon delivery may limit available remedies and carrier claims.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Customers who refuse delivery of an order without prior authorization may be responsible for:

• Return freight charges

• Return shipping costs

• Restocking fees

• Administrative fees

These costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to:

• Incorrect addresses

• Incomplete addresses

• Delivery refusal

• Failure to claim a package

may be subject to:

• Carrier address correction fees

• Additional shipping charges

• Return shipping charges

• Restocking fees where applicable

FORCE MAJEURE

Stay Ready Outdoors shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Severe weather

• Wildfires

• Carrier disruptions

• Labor strikes

• Government actions

• Supply chain interruptions

• Power outages

• Internet outages

• Acts of war

• Civil unrest
