Kitworks was founded by Greg Mills — a Portland-area ecommerce veteran and admittedly obsessive gear organizer — who spent 2022 walking through 30+ gear garages and adventure vehicles before designing the system. Their modular kit uses open-standard attachments (MOLLE/PALS, hook-and-loop) so everything from skis to recovery straps lives in a known place.
