About Snakestaff Systems

Snakestaff Systems — EDC Tourniquets at 65% of Standard Size

Snakestaff Systems is an FDA-registered medical device manufacturer based in South Salt Lake, Utah — makers of the Everyday Carry Tourniquet (ETQ), engineered to be 65% smaller than the industry standard.

Why a smaller tourniquet matters

Most tourniquets are too bulky for actual everyday carry — they end up in a vehicle or pack instead of on body. The ETQ fits in a pocket or flat-packed IFAK, making it practical for daily-life trauma response. See Bleeding Control for the broader trauma-kit category and North American Rescue for the standard CAT lineup.

Built with operator input

The design was built around feedback from U.S. military, Special Operations, law enforcement, EMTs, and outdoor professionals — the people who already carry tourniquets every day. Proudly made in the U.S.A. Pair with Trauma First Aid and EDC.

If you don't carry a tourniquet because they're too bulky, Snakestaff's ETQ removes the size excuse. One in your pocket or wallet pouch covers the highest-mortality preventable injury.
