Return & Refund Policy
At Stay Ready Outdoors, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Unworn or unused, with tags intact.
✔ In the original packaging, with all included accessories.
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at crquarto@stayreadyoutdoors.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at crquarto@stayreadyoutdoors.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Pre-Orders
🔹 As of 02/07/2025, we no longer offer refunds on pre-orders.
🔹 Pre-orders placed before this date are grandfathered in and eligible for refunds.
Clothing
✔ Must be unused, with all original tags attached.
Other Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to their nature, including:
❌ Perishable goods (such as food).
❌ Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
❌ Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products).
❌ Hazardous materials (such as flammable liquids or gases).
❌ Sale items and gift cards (all sales final).
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the item you want.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
To be eligible, items must be:
✔ Unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging.
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing Time:
💳 Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
