Charcloth has been a trusted fire-starting material for centuries due to its ability to ignite from just a small spark and burn at high temperatures. It’s a staple in bushcraft and survival kits, ideal for starting fires when other methods might struggle. Our BushKraft™ Charcloth Kit takes this time-tested technique and delivers it in a compact, durable package perfect for the modern outdoors enthusiast.
The charcloth is made from heavy-duty 12 oz 100% cotton duck canvas, which is charred to create a slow-burning material that ignites easily. Each kit includes four 2" x 18" rolled sections of charred cloth—enough to start approximately 70 fires! Simply tear off a portion, strike it with your flint, ferro rod, fire piston, or magnifying glass, and it will catch the spark. Then, place it inside your tinder nest and blow gently to get a fire going.
This kit is stored in a sturdy metal tinderbox, which not only holds the charcloth but can also be used to create more charcloth in the future. The included rubber "Ranger Band" keeps the tin securely closed during transport, ensuring your materials stay dry and ready for use.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Unworn or unused, with tags intact.
✔ In the original packaging, with all included accessories.
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Pre-Orders
🔹 As of 02/07/2025, we no longer offer refunds on pre-orders.
🔹 Pre-orders placed before this date are grandfathered in and eligible for refunds.
Clothing
✔ Must be unused, with all original tags attached.
Other Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the item you want.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
To be eligible, items must be:
✔ Unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging.
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
