Official Rules — Monthly Giveaway Contest

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.
A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
This contest is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Stay Ready Outdoors, LYNX Survival Systems, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Stay Ready Outdoors / LYNX Survival Systems,
15236 Las Flores Ave, La Mirada, CA 90638 (“Sponsor”).

3. Entry Period

Each giveaway begins on the first day of the month at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4.  How to Enter

You may enter in any of the following ways:

A. Paid Entries (Automatic with Purchase)

• 10 entries for every $1 spent (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).
• 20 entries for every $1 spent on orders over $100 (pre-tax and pre-shipping total).
  All qualifying purchases made on stayreadyoutdoors.com during the Entry Period are automatically entered under the customer’s order name and email address.

B. Social Entries (No Purchase Required)

Earn up to 15 free entries per month by completing the following:

• 5 entry – Visit and follow our Instagram page.
• 5 entry – Visit and follow our Facebook page.
  Entrants must use the same email address they would use for checkout or prize contact. Duplicate or bot-generated social entries will be void.

C. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, mail a postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Entry Period and received within five (5) days thereafter. Limit one mail-in entry per household per Entry Period.

5. Prize

Each month’s prize will be described in the official announcement on our website, email newsletter, or social post. Prizes may include gear, survival kits, or gift certificates. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) varies by month.
No cash or other substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will occur on or about the 5th day of the following month.

Winners will be notified via email and/or social media direct message within five (5) business days. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, or is found ineligible, another winner may be selected.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if technical failures, fraud, or other causes beyond its control compromise the integrity of the giveaway.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the giveaway constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and submitted photos or comments for advertising or promotional purposes without additional compensation.  Should winner wish to opt out, Sponsor must be notified prior to the end of the drawing.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or acceptance/use of any prize.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected for the giveaway is used solely for administration and communication regarding this contest, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
