Battery Safety Precautions:
- Device Compatibility: Use ONLY in devices designed for 3.7V 10440 cells. Misuse with incompatible devices, including standard AAA lights or other Maratac lights, will void warranties and may destroy the device.
- Charging: Use a compatible charger designed for 10440 Li-ion cells, charging between 0.5A and 1A to safely extend battery life up to 2000 cycles.
- Storage: NEVER store loose in a pocket, bag, or purse. Always keep the battery in a protective case and away from metal objects to prevent accidental short-circuiting.
- Handling Caution: Avoid contact with water or extreme heat, and do not modify, disassemble, puncture, or crush the battery.
- Do NOT use if: The battery shows signs of damage, such as a torn wrapper or insulator. Damaged cells should not be charged or used.
- Overcharging & Over-Discharging: Avoid overcharging (above 4.2V) or over-discharging (below 3.0V) to prevent potential hazards and extend battery life.
